First, this is just too good not to share: Last night Bike & Body hosted a fundraiser raffle. We had over 75 people in attendance and raised $485 for our local food pantry. I am so proud of this strong community! π€β€
Ok, so we're in WEEK 11...are you becoming a strength machine yet? πAre there some aches and pains that have gone away? If so, it's likely because your muscles are working better to support your joints! π
3 sets of 10-12 reps at approx 75% (based upon the max weight you could do in 1 rep).
